The following policies are for the San Jose and Cupertino location only.

Phone Calls

We return all phone calls either the same day or the next business day. If you are our current client and have an urgent condition on a weekend or holiday, we will return your call on a weekend, howeverthere is a $60 surcharge for all phone calls returned on a weekend.

Emails

The fastest way to get hold of us is via e-mail. It is our preferred way of monitoring your progress and making small adjustment to the remedy dosage if necessary.
